Shipment Processing Time

All orders are handled within one to two business days. Orders are handled Monday through Friday, except for statutory holidays.

If we get a large amount of orders, shipping may be delayed. Please allow for extra travel time for delivery. If there is a major delay in the dispatch of your purchase, we will notify you via email.

Shipment Delivery Providers

We ship with a number of different companies, depending on where the package is going and how reliable the companies are in that area. If you have a choice for the shipping company, please let our Support team know with your Order Number within an hour of making your order.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been sent, you will get a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Within 24 hours, the tracking number will work. Orders placed after 2 p.m. PST will not be handled until the next work day.
